Hadley Krzyske
President
Hadley is a Senior in the Eli Broad College of Business, dual majoring in Finance and Economics. This summer, she interned as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Perella Weinberg Partners in New York City, where she will be returning full-time upon graduation. Hadley previously interned at KKR & Co. and Donnelly Penman & Partners, as well as is a Girls Who Invest Scholar.

On campus, Hadley is the Financial Markets Institute Merten Scholar and Founder of the Green and White Fund. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing team sports, and spending time with family / friends.

David Pulaski
Vice President
David is a Senior in the Eli Broad College of Business, majoring in Finance and minoring in Real Estate. Previously, David gained experience with The Perkins Fund and Greenwich Capital Group. This summer, David worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at TD Cowen in their Birmingham, Michigan office, where he will return full-time upon graduation.

While on campus, David is also a Financial Markets Institute Scholar and a member of the Alternative Investments Group. He enjoys spending time on the water and being with friends in his free time.

Sophie Yang
Co-Director of Education
Sophie is a Junior at the Broad College of Business, majoring in Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Sophie is a Girls Who Invest Scholar and spent this past summer in New York City with Warburg Pincus as a Private Equity Summer Analyst. Previously, she also gained experience as a Wealth Management Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley in Charlotte, NC. Next summer, she will intern with Goldman Sachs as a Private Equity Summer Analyst in New York City.

At Michigan State, Sophie is a Financial Markets Institute Scholar and is involved with Phi Gamma Nu Professional Business Fraternity. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and golfing.

Brady Kraft
Co-Director of Education
Brady is a Sophomore in the Eli Broad College of Business, majoring in Finance and minoring in Computational Mathematics, Science, and Engineering. This past summer, he gained experience at Tenneco as a Finance Intern. Brady is interested in pursuing investment banking after his time at MSU.
Outside of SIA, Brady is involved with the Green and White Fund, Alternative Investments Group, Phi Gamma Nu Business Organization, and Adventis Financial Modeling. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends, working out, and watching MSU sports.

Kruthik Pamidighantam
Portfolio Manager
Kruthik is a Junior in the Eli Broad College of Business, majoring in Finance. This summer, he interned at J.P. Morgan as a Sales and Trading Summer Analyst in New York City. Previously, Kruthik gained experience at Rocket Companies as both a Finance Intern and Capital Markets Intern.

Outside of the SIA, Kruthik is the Vice President of the 180 Degrees Consulting Group, a member of the Phi Gamma Nu Professional Business Fraternity, and a Financial Markets Institute Scholar. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar, watching MSU sports, and trying out new restaurants.

Andy Majtara
Assistant Portfolio Manager
Andy is a Sophomore in the Eli Broad College of Business, majoring in Finance and minoring in Computational Mathematics, Science, and Engineering. This past summer, he gained experience at Comau as an Accounts Receivable Intern. Andy is interested in pursuing investment banking after his time at MSU.

On campus, Andy is involved with the Green and White Fund, Alternative Invesment Group, Phi Gamma Nu Professional Business Organization, and Adventis Financial Modeling. In his free time, he enjoys playing pickleball and ping-pong, traveling, and golf.

An Bui
Head of Business Development
An is a Junior in the Eli Broad College of Business, pursuing a dual degree in Finance and Economics. She spent this past summer at Alvarez & Marsal doing Restructuring & Turnaround in their Detroit office, where she will return next summer. Previously, she also worked as a Corporate Banking Summer Analyst at Vietnam Prosperity Commercial Bank and Professorial Assistant in the Finance Department at Michigan State University.

Outside of SIA, An is also involved in the Financial Markets Institute, Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity, Finance Association, and Vietnamese Cultural Union. She enjoys swimming, film reviewing and café-hopping.
