Hadley Krzyske
President
Hadley is a junior in the Eli Broad College of Business, majoring in Finance and Economics. Hadley is a Girls Who Invest Scholar and spent this past summer interning at KKR & Co, Inc. Previously, she also gained experience as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Donnelly Penman & Partners. Next summer, Hadley will be interning at Perella Weinberg Partners in New York City.
On campus, Hadley is a Financial Markets Institute Scholar, as well as is involved in the Alternative Investments Group, Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity, and Adventis Financial Modeling Team. In her free time, Hadley enjoys traveling, playing team sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Will Smalley
Vice President
Will is a junior Finance major in the Eli Broad College of Business and has been on executive board since spring semester of his freshman year. He has spent time interning with Magna International as a Corporate Venture Capital Intern and FINNEA Group as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst. This summer, Will is interning with William Blair in their Chicago office.
At Michigan State, Will is a Financial Markets Institute Scholar, and is involved in the Alternative Investments Group and Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, guitar, and spending time with friends.

Tyler Mussen
Head Director of Education
Tyler is a junior in the Eli Broad College of Business, majoring in Finance and minoring in Economics. He is currently interning on the buy-side at Calder Capital, a boutique investment bank in Michigan. Next summer, he will be interning at Plante Moran Corporate Finance in their investment banking division.
On campus, Tyler is also a Financial Markets Institute Scholar and a member of the running club. In his free time, he enjoys running, watching Detroit sports, and playing chess.

An Bui
Assistant Director of Education
An is a sophomore pursuing a dual degree in Finance and Economics. This past summer, she interned at Vietnam Prosperity Commerical Bank as a Corporate Banking Summer Analyst. She will be heading to Alvarez & Marsal to be intern in their Restructuring & Turnaround division this upcoming summer.
Outside of SIA, An is also involved in the Financial Markets Institute, Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity, Finance Association, and Vietnamese Cultural Union. She enjoys running, film reviewing and café-hopping.

Kruthik Pamidighantam
Co-Portfolio Manager
Kruthik is a junior in the Eli Broad College of Business, majoring in Finance. He previously interned at Rocket Companies as a Finance Intern, and returned there this past summer as a Capital Markets Intern. Next summer, he will be in New York City at J.P. Morgan as a Sales and Trading Summer Analyst.
Outside of the SIA, Kruthik is the Vice President of the 180 Degrees Consulting Group, a member of the Phi Gamma Nu Professional Business Fraternity, and a Financial Markets Institute Scholar. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar, watching Michigan State sports, and trying out new restaurants.

David Pulaski
Co-Portfolio Manager
David is a junior finance major in the Eli Broad College of Business. Previously, David gained experience as a Summer Analyst at Greenwich Capital Group, a boutique investment bank in Birmingham, Michigan. Next summer, David will be working as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Cowen in their Birmingham, Michigan office.
While on campus, David is also a Financial Markets Institute Scholar and a member of the Alternative Investments Group. He enjoys spending time out on the water and being with friends in his free time.

Lauren Dowd
Head of Business Development
Lauren is a junior finance major in the Eli Broad College of Business. She spent this past summer in St. Petersburg, Florida with Raymond James as an Equity Capital Markets Summer Analyst. Previously, she has also gained experience as a Wealth Management Summer Intern at Arenzano Capital, a boutique wealth management firm. Next summer, she will be interning at Jefferies in New York City as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst.
At Michigan State, she is also a Financial Markets Institute Scholar, a member of the Alternative Investments Group, and Chief Financial Officer of her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, reading, and listening to country music.
